You will need to pose as a customer interested in lowering home energy costs.
The agent will expect that you are a resident of Pennsylvania.

Log in to Gmail using the login details provided. You will be placing the call right from your desktop, by clicking the phone button under chat.

Open a new window, and visit Google Voice. Please take note of the phone number that you will be using to place the call. If the agent over the phone asks for your phone number, this is the number you will provide the agent.

Please visit the Realtor website, and select a random address to use.
Also choose a random name to provide the agent.
Most residents of Pennsylvania are customers of Pennsylvania Power and Energy. The representative may ask you for your account number. Explain to the agent you do not have your bill with you. And that you were simply calling to find out more about the program, and how you can save on energy costs.

Be sure you place the call during required call times.
Call must be made only once to the number you provided.
Do not call until you are ready.
Your call must last at least 5 minutes long with the agent.
All calls are recorded so that we can provide bonuses to agents.
The call will be replayed in an award meeting for all agents to hear.
Calls may be used for training purposes as well.
